Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can assess the issue and resolve it.
Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items.
Some items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), personalized products (such as special orders or customized items), and personal care items (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any questions or concerns about your item, please contact us.
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase of the new item.
14-day withdrawal period in the European Union.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, if the merchandise is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As stated above, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds:
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will automatically be credited to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card issuer to process and issue the refund.
