Shipping Policy

All our orders are processed the same day they are placed on our website, unless placed on a holiday or weekend, in which case they will be processed the next business day.

We always guarantee the delivery of your order, but promotions and special offers may be delayed due to high demand for our products.

Once the order is verified, it is processed within 1 to 6 days and shipped to the delivery address.

All our products leave our facilities within 1 to 6 days of placing the order. We ship by sea nationwide, allowing us to offer international service.

Estimated average delivery times:

Normally: 7-12 days, depending on product demand.

In rare cases, due to high demand (Black Friday, Black Monday, Christmas, etc.) or logistical issues, shipping may take 2 to 3 weeks.

Otherwise, you can request a refund for lost or unshipped orders.

All of our shipments are insured and have a tracking number to facilitate the delivery of your order.

Attention:
*If the customer does not provide the correct address on the order and does not notify us within minutes (before the shipment is processed), and the package cannot be delivered due to the incorrect address, no refund will be issued, and the next shipment will be the responsibility of both the customer and the buyer.

*If the customer cannot be contacted at the time of delivery, they will be notified by postal mail. If the package is not picked up at the notified office within 15 days, it will be returned to the factory as lost, with no refund option.

*If the shipment has already been made, it will not be possible to change the delivery address, as shipments are made through a company external to the Guapuras store, and we do not have the authority to change the address once the order has left the warehouse. Therefore, the customer is responsible for the loss of the package if the correct address is not provided, if the customer has moved, or due to similar circumstances.

Factors such as logistical delays and customs clearance may affect the estimated delivery time.

Guapuras is not responsible under any circumstances for taxes, duties, or fees applied to shipping, nor for any fees that customs may apply to the purchased package. The buyer and customer are responsible for providing the required customs value, and we cannot process refunds.
